American Accounting Association (AAA)
Ms. Force is a member of the MACPA and is active on the following MACPA committees: Regional Advisory Council, Educators Task Force, and the Alternative Delivery Systems Task Force. She is a member of both Macomb and Oakland Community College's Business Advisory Council and is a member of the AAA.

Academic Years 1992 – present. Adjunct Assistant Professor of Accounting, Walsh College.
Responsibilities include teaching 3-12 credit hours at the graduate and undergraduate level.
- First accounting professor to teach on-line for the College.
- Successfully converted and currently teach five accounting course on-line.
Assistant to the Accounting Chairperson & Faculty
- Conduct research, data collection and complete survey information for academic program review at both the graduate & undergraduate level.
- Successful grant writing and awarded state funding for minority/high risk accounting students.
- Creation of faculty web pages and selected web sites: http://www.walshcollege.edu
- Develop new courses and redesign current courses.
- Hire and calculate contract agreements; supervise adjunct lecturers and accounting tutoring sessions.
- Act as department representative at various functions: open houses, MACPA meetings and conferences.
- Research and implement computerized accounting research software.
- Conduct various informational meetings regarding accounting issues.
Walsh College Accounting Club (WCAC) Faculty Advisor & AICPA Student Chapter Advisor
- Supervise student organization and maintain club funds through fund raising including car wash and book buy back.
- Organize volunteer programs: Toys-for-Tots, Accounting Aid Society and Adopt-a-Family.
- Organize guest speaker events with accounting firms and industry representation. Coordinate Accounting Alumni night.
Academic Years 2000 – 2003. Assistant Professor of Accounting, Saint Mary’s College of Ave Maria University.
- Developed and implemented Bachelor of Arts major in accounting program.
- Student advisor for the accounting program.
- Attendance and participation at all faculty and committee meetings; general faculty meetings, Fides et Ratio Forum, Faculty Affairs, and Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC).
Academic Years 1992 – present. Adjunct Assistant Professor of Accounting.
Ms. Force has taught or is currently teaching at Walsh College, Oakland University, Saint Mary’s College of Ave Maria University, Macomb Community College, Oakland Community College, and Schoolcraft College. Ms. Force instructs several accounting & finance seminars for non-accounting majors as well as presents Fortune 500 company seminars.

- Fall of 1995. Awarded the Gerald C. Schroeder fellowship at Walsh College. During this three year fellowship, she was charged with researching accounting education and certification as well as maintaining a teaching and administrative schedule.
- Conduct professional educational accounting research. Inform administration, faculty and staff of current changes. Implement relevant information into courses.
- Research accounting certification requirements. Implement program changes to comply with state requirements.
- Spring of 1994. Designed and taught a three-level accounting training program for Oakland County governmental accounting employees.
